Just okay Darius was very nice and knowledgeable of the cars we were looking at. It came down to 2 cars and we went with one based on purchasing an after marke Darius was very nice and knowledgeable of the cars we were looking at. It came down to 2 cars and we went with one based on purchasing an after market back up camera and was given a gentleman’s name and a quote of $250-300. It was $860! We traded in a 2002 car and they gave us $500, when numbers were put down, we asked for them to come down about $380 to make it an even $15,500 and they wouldn’t budge on the price. We had already been there hours, so we were burnt out. Then waited over 2 hours for financing, was told it was because it was a Saturday and our bank was busy. The car has a door pad key code that didn’t come with the car, so we were told to come back up next week for service to hook it up and get a code. When I arrived the next week, I was given somewhat of a hard time at service asking if I was paying for this and then had to wait over an hour for Darius to come in. Receptionist did page him to try to help me out and now wait, but she told me he said I needed to purchase another key, it was a little mess, but everything worked out and I got the code. Also, we only got one key, cost on another is around $150. A few days after being home, we went over all the paperwork (agreement and financing paperwork), I noticed they had added in another $399 from the agreement over to the total purchase price on the financing paperwork! So we actually got $101 for our trade in! Totally our fault for not noticing while we were there. But to me a very dirty trick!!! You do these agreements everyday and know the two numbers should match! And now 3 weeks later, we are still getting letters in the mail from Santa Fe Ford asking us for additional info to approve our loan through them and so on! We already got financing from our credit union. So now we are doing a review for a free oil change... how much us this going to cost us! More
