After looking online for hours the days before, we knew we’d have luck liking there first. When we arrived, Sarah welcomed us with a gigantic smile and was very friendly. Sarah was extremely patient with us. We were unsure exactly what we wanted with the exception of a few “requirements”. Sarah opened many many vehicles and helped us narrow down our search. We found a vehicle we loved within about 45 minutes, test drove it for about half-hour then came back and started the process. Sarah worked with us and her team to get us the best deal possible. It was seamless and so Incredibly quick! The staff were all very friendly. Sarah at Santa Fe Ford will be our first stop next time for sure! Extremely happy customers!! More

The night before I was definite discouraged and dissatisfied with the experience I had at Gatorland Toyota in Gainesville, FL. They didn't even show me the car I originally inquired about and attempted to put me in a 2014 model for more money than Santa Fe Ford. Santa Fe ford definitely has better condition cars for a more reasonable price. I contacted Joey over the phone the next morning and inquired about my Toyota vehicle and expressed my circumstance and he said he would try his best to get something figured out for me and HE DID in a matter of 20 minutes I was returned a phone call and said they worked it out on a vehicle I wanted! I was beyond ecstatic and took the trip to Santa Fe Ford to work out the paper work. He was very professional and friendly on the phone and in person as well. His patience and dilligence made my experience so pleasant and I would definitely recommend him as well as Santa Fe Ford for everyone's automotive needs. More
