Grateful I chose Santa Fe Ford and Darrius Jones I had been shopping around for a new car for about a week. My situation had a lot of things against me, the number one thing was I had a trade in that I had been shopping around for a new car for about a week. My bank was willing to finance a car for me but it of course had to meet a certain threshold. I had felt as though other dealerships wasnt willing to take the time out to actually help me. I decided to go to Santa Fe Ford based on prices I saw online. I was met by salesman Darrius Jones who immediately got onto the same page with me and actually listened and knew what to do in ordee for me to get drive away with a new vehicle. Faxed over numbers to the bank,bank said no, Darrius didnt stop partnering with sales Manager Larry, was able to work it all out. Darrius made a difficult situation feel so easy. He was so proffesional and would recommend him to anyone. More

We had spent a fair amount of time at the dealer already, and I was glad to see that Joey did not appear impatient or irritated, so we decided to buy the car we liked that we had found on autotrader after giving it a test drive. The prices seemed fair and I enjoyed being treated like a person. Joey was straight forward with the paperwork, although he did not offer any "incentives" or other price knockoffs, which caused us to almost walk out. However, since he was very sincere and made us feel appreciated regardless, we let him continue with the deal. However, once the purchase was initiated, it took an incredibly long time to leave with the car. Joey finished his paperwork in a regular time, but once everything was passed onto their finance department, we sat for about 3 hours literally until the dealership was closed and they were sweeping the floors. This was abhorrent. Apparently there's only one finance manager there, and he moves like a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. I guess we weren't the only sale that day, but xxxx it took FOREVER to be brought back into his office to finish the papers and leave. All things being equal, and despite the ridiculous wait, we left happy and with our new car. We appreciate the work they did for us, staying late for us, and speaking plainly and clearly. Joey and Ray were great guys and if they're still there in a while when we trade our other car in, we will definitely look for them. Out of a LOT of other dealership experiences, this was the only one who we felt literally zero stress about. Thanks for a great experience, guys! More
