Very good experience. I went to Santa Fe ford to look at a f150. My wife had called prior to us arriving there and spoke with Sean about the truck we wanted to look at. Sea I went to Santa Fe ford to look at a f150. My wife had called prior to us arriving there and spoke with Sean about the truck we wanted to look at. Sean met us there when we arrived and we explained to him that we had been pre-approved and told him where we needed to be on price. He said ok, filled out a few papers and said I will be back. About ten minutes later he came back and said we can do it! I was very pleased with how easy the process was at that point. To make it better while refinance manager finished with a customer they gave us gift cards to have lunch at a local restaurant while we waited. It was a great experience and Sean was very patient and professional! Two thumbs up for Santa Fe ford! More
