Perfect sales component but... My experience with Santa Fe Ford was mostly professional and courteous and top notch! This story does have two sides, so here is the first part... My experience with Santa Fe Ford was mostly professional and courteous and top notch! This story does have two sides, so here is the first part... Sarah Anderson is as knowledgable and genuine as it gets! She really worked through all the details and was patient as we were making a big decision.We drove on the lot on a sunny day and she walked out from under a shade tree and greeted us warmly and promptly. I was ready for a 'seedy sort of in the movies slicked up car sales' speech. That never happened, and although we left without a purchase that day, Sarah was there and waiting two and a half weeks later when I walked back on to her lot with another vehicle---at another dealership---still in mind. Even given that information, there was no pushing! Her service was superior and that tilted the decision in favor of Santa Fe Ford! Basically, I love my truck and I believe that Sarah is the real deal! She can be trusted to work hard for you and won't put you in a vehicle that is not the perfect one for you! So here's the flip side of the record: My only disappointment was that after I thought the sale was done and it was time to drive away, we were directed to another division to negotiate a warranty. I had a check printed and handed over by that time, so I was surprised with this extra time dedicated in the deal, to negotiate another component. It was later explained to me that there are many warranty finance options, some even conducted through alternative vendors, or credit unions, etc. So I get it. But doggone it, it took a lot of the joy out of my experience to have that thrust in right at the end. For me, I could have gotten a bigger loan to cover the difference, which was a couple of thousand dollars. It was an unexpected wrinkle at the very end of what ws otherwise a perfect sales and purchase experience. More

We checked our local dealership to see if they could match the price. They couldn't. The experience at the local dealership wasn't good. We called Joey and told him we were on the way. He had the car washed and full of gas when we arrived. Joey is laid back, listens to the customer, and is very knowledgeable. Love the new Fusion! Next time we're looking for a car, or know someone else who is, we'll send them to Santa Fe Ford. Thanks Joey! More

As a single woman going to a dealership was dreadful but I am so glad I went to Santa Fe Ford. I will most definitely be going back to do business and I highly recommend Santa Fe Ford to anyone!!
