Friendly, Fast and Hassle Free I came across my DREAM SUV online looking at the different car dealerships and they give you the option to e-mail the dealership right there from the I came across my DREAM SUV online looking at the different car dealerships and they give you the option to e-mail the dealership right there from the online site. So of course I did making sure my vehicle was in fact still available which it was :). The response to my e-mail was almost immediate and it was from an actual person which made it so much easier. I worked with Joey Key from Santa Fe Ford and I was able to e-mail and text him any questions I had about the vehicle and set up my appointment to test drive it all super fast and hassle free. Even when me and my husband got off work early and were able to go 2 hours earlier to our appointment it wasn't a problem we just sent Joey a message and he literally had the car washed, cleaned and waiting for us to test drive when we got there. Once I fell in LOVE with the car even more after test driving it and my husband loving it as well I knew this was our family car. Even the financing, buying and paperwork portion that comes when buying anything was completely hassle free. I will DEFINITELY recommend Santa Fe Ford and Joey Key to all of our friends and family. We aquired the funded and took a voucher to the dealership. We drove the Ford F150 and my son loved the truck. When we went to purchase the used F150 the sales person would not meet the price promised. We left and my son, myself and my wife was devistated. We drove home i started searching the enternet and found a Ford F150 at Sante fe Ford I dealt with Sean McCauley and told him what price i wanted to pay he got with his manager and called me later and was able to meet the the price. We looked an d drove the truck the day before the purchase. Everything that was stated about the truck was true and accurate. Sean made this a great buying experience. The purchase was to the pennie of what we asked. God takes bad experiences and gives a Great one. More
