We looked at an Acadia and Explorer and went with the Explorer. The business manager Jackie was awesome and ended up able to get us a better rate than we had come in with. Cons: Took over 3hrs just to finalize deal and do paperwork and disorganization with follow up - contacted by 5 different people about the same inquiry and contacted twice AFTER we had already left with our new car This was one of our better experiences buying a car and felt good about what we paid. I would recommend Joey and the Santa Fe team for a fair and smooth car buying experience. More

Santa Fe Fords service has always been fair priced and excellent overall. I especially like the loaner policy for when my truck is in for repairs or maintenance. When we found our current truck would need extensive repairs, Rick the service manager, introduced me to Ron Hinson in sales. Ron spent several hours with my wife and I testing and determining our best fit for a new truck. They didn't have our exact one but Ron found and delivered us one from SC in two days! I feel we worked out a great deal and are happy with our new 2016 F-150. More

Brent approched us and asked if he could help us and we said we were just looking right then, he said let me know if you find something you want to test drive and walked away. We found a few cars we liked and found Brent to get the keys and he did. During the test drive he told us about the cars and once we picked the one we wanted to buy he did not pressure at all, he just asked the questions and listened and filled out the paper work During the finace paperwork we were offered all of the add on maintenace and protections, when I said I only wanted the GAP insurance there was no pressure to push for more.. Over all a great buying experince More
