He assured me the vehicle we were interested in was still on the lot, and I made plans to head down the following day to test drive with hubby. When we arrived, we were greeted promptly and cheerfully and directed to Doug's office. Doug was professional, courteous and not at all high-pressure. He handed over the keys to the Escape and instructed us to take all the time we wanted to look it over and test drive, and to let him know if we wanted to see any other vehicles. We were very impressed with the 2016 Escape and, armed with the internet price, headed in to see if we could make a deal. Doug answered all our questions, showed us the Carfax and Kelly Blue Book on both the Escape we were interested in, and the Focus we were thinking about trading in. Long story short, we did get a VERY good deal, were treated with courtesy and respect and HIGHLY recommend both Santa Fe Ford, and Doug Lanier to anyone who is looking to get a great deal on a new or used vehicle. We will shop Santa Fe Ford the next time we are in the market for a vehicle, I can assure you. I also highly recommend the Ford Escape - it has everything we wanted and nothing we didn't need. More

The car presented as listed online and indeed had a haggle free price, which was one reason we were willing to travel so far. We got a great deal on an almost new SUV and we are very satisfied. My husband and Joey talked fishing while we waited for all the finance details to be sorted out, the paperwork was quick and hassle free. In about 2 hours we were on our way home in my new car and it probably wouldn't have taken that long if there weren't so many other people buying a car that day.
