Honest, fair, no hassle buying experience! My husband and I visited Santa Fe Ford on September 10, 2016. We drove on the lot, parked, got out, and made our way to view the offerings. Joey Key was outside, he did not 'sprint' to us (which is how we prefer), he allowed us to "veer" his way first, we introduced ourselves, he jotted down our names for later use and allowed us to browse and talk to him if/when we had any questions. Since this is our preferred method of shopping it immediately, felt right! So, we looked around and after matching up our online research with the lot and landing on a vehicle of interest, we asked Joey for a look, a look turned into a test drive, a test drive turned into a "hell yea" purchase! Joey asked me some questions, plucked at his key board, walked to another room briefly, returned and said YES!!! It is one day later and I have no buyer's remorse! I love my vehicle and the staff is laid back in a way that makes you feel comfortable and you are always aware of what they are doing i.e. preparing paperwork, or test driving the trade, or whatever it was they were doing, they kept us in the loop and I have never laughed harder at a dealership, Ms. Jackie is a hoot! This made the process much quicker than expected, easy (no hassle - straight to it, how we like), and enjoyable. Words cannot express my husband and I's satisfaction with this car buying experiencing. Of course, our next purchase will be at Santa Fe Ford! Thank you all! More

Extremely easy to deal with and very fair pricing. We were in the market for a used Challenger, and found it at Santa Fe Ford. Vehicle buying : "As it should be" Stopped in too look at F150s, approaching storm and lightning sent us on our way. As we were leaving told salesman Brent, "we will be back tomorrow". Returned next day and Brent met us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. Brent listened to what truck type we were interested in, showed us two trucks matching our request. He was very knowledgeable about the trucks. Test drove both, picked the one we wanted and then began the buying process. No torture, no pressure. Drove our new F150 home smiling all the way :-) More

We were greeted by Ron Hinson and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He asked our price range/vehicle interest and showed us a few trucks that would meet both. The selection was awesome and we had more than enough options to choose from. We ultimately chose a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma that was in perfect condition & was selling for great price! The buying process was quick and painless, and the finance paperwork was also quick! Jackie Fralic was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions and give us advice when choosing our extended warranty package. Overall great place to find your next vehicle!
