Joey Key was outside, he did not 'sprint' to us (which is how we prefer), he allowed us to "veer" his way first, we introduced ourselves, he jotted down our names for later use and allowed us to browse and talk to him if/when we had any questions. Since this is our preferred method of shopping it immediately, felt right! So, we looked around and after matching up our online research with the lot and landing on a vehicle of interest, we asked Joey for a look, a look turned into a test drive, a test drive turned into a "hell yea" purchase! Joey asked me some questions, plucked at his key board, walked to another room briefly, returned and said YES!!! It is one day later and I have no buyer's remorse! I love my vehicle and the staff is laid back in a way that makes you feel comfortable and you are always aware of what they are doing i.e. preparing paperwork, or test driving the trade, or whatever it was they were doing, they kept us in the loop and I have never laughed harder at a dealership, Ms. Jackie is a hoot! This made the process much quicker than expected, easy (no hassle - straight to it, how we like), and enjoyable.
