Perfect transaction! We found our new vehicle online and checked it out. We were already pre-approved so all left to do was sign the CU papers and pick up the car. I like the fact that the salesmen are not commission-driven so to speak. We have been at other dealerships where the salesmen are high pressure and often times use less than desirable sales tactics and pricing games to make the sale. (We have NOT bought cars from those dealerships.) Brent was low key and very personable, ready to answer any questions but was very gracious when I said maybe we needed to see something else since that was my husband's first car to check out. Brent shook our hands, wished us good luck and we started to leave when my husband said "No...I think THAT is the one..." We returned to Brent and told him, yes, that's the one, sign us up! We made the deal and returned the next day with check in hand, received the car and have been driving our sporty little SUV ever since. We have lived in this area our entire 44 years of marriage but this is the first time we purchased from Santa Fe. I'm not sure why not... If this is any indication of their general inventory, business practices, ease of sale and service, we WILL return for our next vehicles! Thanks Brent, and it was a pleasure doing business with you! From their sales to their service department they were not what I had in Connecticut . When it was time for a new truck , I was sure that I was going to have to switch to a different manufacturer. Then I was then referred to Santa Fe Ford . WOW was I impressed . Our salesman Ron Hinson was not only knowledgeable when it came to trucks , I felt he was the most honest one I have ever dealt with . Even when I showed interested in a more expensive model, he let me know that it was not what I needed to the job I had intended it for . There was no pressure what so ever. I am so happy that I found Santa Fe Ford and Mr. Hinson. It was well worth the 40 mile ride to find a Ford Dealership I can feel comfortable with . Only one to trust Santa Fe Ford Ron Hinson treated my wife so well that I decided to give him and Santa Fe Ford a try as well.
