I called him and explained what I was looking for and had seen a Ford Fusion on the internet. When arriving at the dealership, Ron had the car waiting for my wife and me to take for a test drive. The car was what we were looking for within our budget and preference. Jennifer was excellent in explaining the coverage and financial aspect of the purchase. She also was professional and personable. The car's windshield wipers would not shut off, when the motor was cut off. Christie was quick to correct the problem. A part had to be ordered and the car returned at a later date. My wife was provided with a rental car. Christie, who was very busy, conducted herself in a friendly and professional manner. More

Poor Service Center I have been bringing my fiances car and my new truck here for service over the past year and a half. Over the course of that time they took care of o I have been bringing my fiances car and my new truck here for service over the past year and a half. Over the course of that time they took care of our routine oil changes, basic checks, and fluid fills. But the last visit we were informed the idler pull was broke off in the timing chain cover, and the repair would require a new timing chain cover, idler pulley, gaskets, and fluids. Which with labor totaled out to be close to $900. So after discussion with the service manager Rick, we decided to load the car and take it home. I fixed it at home with a new motorcraft pulley for $25 once I looked at it and discovered it doesn't bolt into the timing chain cover and all the extra parts and labor was unnecessary. So long story short not impressed. More
