I was very impressed with their honesty, genuine, customer service! Bobby Cade is an excellent salesperson to work with! I walked in knowing what I wanted: crew cab, Nissan Titan, dark blue, silver trim, with gray leather interior. I wanted to pay cash and not willing to go over a certain amount. I had been to several dealers that day and pressured to look at other vehicles I did not want. He never once tried to talk me into something better. For that alone I was VERY grateful! Automatically, he got 5 stars from me! The Titan I bought was not brand new. It was a 2007 and just traded in a few hours prior. Bobby assured me Santa Fe Ford's mechanics had already looked at it. Besides a few minor cosmetic issues, there was nothing mechanically wrong with it. I am happy to say I trusted Bobby and bought the Titan! I could not be happier with my decision to trust Bobby! A couple months after the purchase my rear breaks needed to be replaced. With all the issues in my last vehicle and being charged outrageous prices for unnecessary repairs, I was very sceptical of letting anyone work on my truck. However, I do not know how to change breaks and my husband did not have the time off work to do it. I called Bobby and asked him who he recommends. He referred me to an excellent repair shop! The guy was honest and did not take advantage of the fact I am female and I do not know much about vehicles. I asked him to tell me anything wrong with the truck. He told me there really was not anything wrong with the truck other than the breaks needing to be repaired. I am happy to say other than me having to replace my rear breaks, I have not had any issues with the Titan! I'm very impressed and thankful for Bobby. Even his resources are honest and genuine people! As long as he is in the Sales industry, he will get mine and my family's business. I have since then referred anyone who asks to Bobby. In the near future, my husband will be looking to buy a Titan. Bobby will be our salesperson again! More
