Santa Fe Ford Is not where I want my business. I purchased my first car from here. And boy was that a big mistake. I have had to take the car in twice for a clutch problem in my 2012 SE Ford Focus. Every time I call I get hung up on or I am put on hold for 20 minutes. The service department is rude and they lied to me. I was told they did nothing to my car but after I got it out of the shop, it drove better and was not making a funky sound it was before taking it to them....Also, great news they sold me a car with a patch in the tire. just found out this morning, took my car to City Boys in High springs, They couldn't find a nail in my tire, but they found a xxxxty tire patch that was leaking air . I have had this car since July 2014... I should not have this many problems with it and the dealership. Well they have lost all of my business for ever! Honestly I hate this company. More

Amazingly quick, comfortable and easy We were looking for a F150 Limited. We went in Tuesday afternoon with our desires, talked with Joey. We didn't get back to him until the next morning. We approved the truck he found and because it was out of state we were willing to wait until Friday to pick it up. Joey called us Thursday afternoon late and he and the finance person stayed late but we drove our truck home Thursday night. It was very easy, efficient, very helpful and knowledgeable. Joey set us up with appointments for a couple of extra items we wanted. We will gladly return hereto buy another vehicle and will recommend Santa Fe Ford and Joey to any one. More
