Buying a Used Prius I saw the vehicle I wanted to look at online. Called dealership and it was Brent Hitt that answered. I told him I would be coming as soon as I could drive to Alachua from Archer. Luckily, he was in the parking area when I arrived and was able to greet me by name. I found the entire experience of being in his company, as I looked over the car, very pleasant. Brent answered almost all my questions about the car. There was one question about putting vehicle in Park that he could not answer so he picked up the book, and I was able to look at the dashboard and figure it out myself. That made me feel proud and attuned to the car. There was no haggling about price because, I had already been looking and lost an opportunity to buy a car in this same price range. Brent has an honest and reassuring attitude, that put me at ease. I was totally impressed and much relieved, when I was told that someone from the dealership would follow me home in the new car. It would of taken some arranging to get a friend to come with me to drive the car home. This was a very much unexpected service, that I thought was great. More
