We have been looking around in Gainesville, St augustine and Ocala, Santa Fe Ford is the greatest dealer! Their service is so good, they fixed everything I wanted to be fixed or changed during the waiting time for paperwork which saves me a lot of time, they even filled gas for us before we leave! Moreover, they helped us to deal with banks to get the car payment done! It is really the 5 stars service, the only thing we need to do is test driving and sign the papers, they deal with all other stuff! I will not be buying from my home town ford dealership again. Because I had not so good of a credit score I feel I was not treated like someone who has a good credit score. We didn't have a selection they had only one truck available for us because our credit wasn't great and it had the worst smell and we had asked about that there was a water line on the roof come to find out it leaks and had been leaking for a while. We also didnt get our door code and we are now in north dakota for a little while and broughy it here to the ford dealership for the leaking and asked to get the code and there is a charge and sante fe cant pay for that charge beings how they didnt give it to us when we bought the truck. We were rushed and wasnt aware of some of the terms until we sat down to sign papers. We bought our first vehicle and are doing other things to repair our credit and once that's done we plan on buying again but not here. More
