The Sales Rep. Booby Cade, was excellent. He was informative and knowledgable about the cars we were intrested in. He was not high pressured,making the shopping experience excellent. Although we had great credit rating and our bank, was Campus USA, there should have been a quicker turn around time on getting the finacing, and paper work doen...We spent literally 4 hours, just hanging out. Bobby was great keeping us informed of the status. I did not like the fact, that before I was even given a sales price, interst rate, or payment information, they were having us, empty out our trade in, and put our belongings in the new car....before we had signed anything. With sales reps that good, you would think, that if they sold the customer on the car...the "paper work people" would do a better job....before they change their mind. This could cost them bussiness. I do understand that if they had to shop around to get financing, or gets us the best interest rate, that takes time. But this was not our case. We almost went elsewhere,my husband was getting grumpy after 4hrs of waiting. More
