For the past week I have been in contact with Scott Law in talks about financing a vehicle. I was told to wait until Friday the 14th to make arrangements for the vehicle I was interested in and was guarant in talks about financing a vehicle. I was told to wait until Friday the 14th to make arrangements for the vehicle I was interested in and was guaranteed to get the deal we spoke about. Throughout this past week, Mr. Law said he would call me on 'three' separate occasions and failed to do so each time. I've had to get in contact with him almost every time we spoke. Today on the 14th when I called, I was informed that the deal I was guaranteed, would not be the case. When I asked why I cant get the deal after I was told to wait, he responded with "All I said was I would get you approved, which I did". This is a lie, I asked two times "If I wait, you're sure I will get the deal we spoke about?" he responded with "yes" each time. I feel very disrespected and I have not been treated like a serious buyer, which I am. While trying to support this local dealership, I missed the opportunity to get two vehicles I was interested in else where. More
