When you go to a car dealership you always expect to be there forever or be told that we don't really have what you are looking for, or if they do, they always want to somehow screw you over. None of this was true at Santa Fe Ford, my wife and I felt very comfortable right off the bat and felt like we were family with the friendly service Joey provided us. If I had to rate this Ford dealership and its sales service, I would give it a 11 out of 10. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle. Found this F150 online over a month ago. Researched other makes and models but came back to this truck, dealer and this salesman. Overall experience was good, however I was disappointed when I had to return my call for service. Upon pick-up the gentleman who presented me with my keys was unable to answer any of my questions. Advertise cars on line, when you go to see about them, they don't want to sell them. They say they are sending them all to auction.
