The truck we originally came to see was no longer on the lot, but Eric showed us several other trucks. We found one that we really loved and Eric put the deal together for us. He was very patient and accommodating as we crunched numbers and determined what the right deal for our finances would be. We had our infant daughter with us during the process and scattered Eric's desk with bibs, bottles, and assorted other baby necessities. He could not have been any more kind. Having just lost my own car in an accident and wanting to upgrade my wife's car, we rolled the dice and headed out to Santa Fe Ford. We didn't know quite what to expect, having dealt with plenty of high pre upgrade my wife's car, we rolled the dice and headed out to Santa Fe Ford. We didn't know quite what to expect, having dealt with plenty of high pressure fast talkers in the past, but were pleasantly surprised when Bobby Cade walked out to greet us. He was personable, knowledgeable and eager to please. He had no problem whatsoever in showing us (and allowing us to test drive) multiple vehicles, 5 in total, and had a level of honesty and forthrightness rarely seen in a car salesman. We ended up driving away with 2 new-to-us vehicles, and they were able to find us financing at a better rate than the financing we had secured beforehand (which we thought was pretty good at the time). Hat off to you, Bobby! We can think of more enjoyable ways to spend $35,000, but if we had to spend it on wheels, we're glad we ran in to you. We'll be sending more business your way. More

We came to Santa Fe Ford today and bought a 2012 Nissan Maxima. It was so nice to have a sales woman come and speak to us and not try to hassle us to death. She was very pleasant, respectful, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the vehicle that was right for us. When it came time to buy the vehicle she tried very hard to make sure it was going to meet our financial needs as well. Overall this was a great experience for us and I couldn't be happier with the car. This was the first "like new" car that I have ever owned and I wish we would have come to Santa Fe Ford first.
