I wanted to buy a new Ford Fiesta. I went to Santa Fe Ford, having done my research, all prepared to get the best deal possible. Mr. Hinson could not have been more patient in answering ALL my questions, and he even persevered with good humor when I didn't understand something and he had to explain it to me several times, several ways until I did. I was offered a decent price on my trade-in (2000 Ford Mustang), and with the incentives and great financing, I believe I got a pretty good deal on my 2014 Fiesta SE. It's a zippy little car and I'm very happy with it. While purchasing a new car can be a stressful experience, I felt that Mr. Hinson went out of his way to make my car-buying experience as pleasant and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Santa Fe Ford, and Mr. Hinson in particular, to anyone wanting to buy a new Ford. More

I started looking several weeks ago for a reliable previously owned Honda or Toyota SUV to replace my older model SUV. My first communications were via the internet and I got a very quick reply back from Jennifer Corbett and we arranged for a test drive of a few vehicles. She spent a lot of time with us on Friday evening even though it was fairly cold and rainy. Jennifer was extremely helpful in her explanations of Carfaxes, differences in makes/models and how the sales process would go. For every question I had, she was able to answer with courtesy and completeness. There was never any kind of high pressure, she just listened to my needs and guided me to the vehicles meeting my criteria. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Toyota RAV4 the very next day after our test drive and Jennifer definitely deserves pRAISE! Between her and Doug (the financial guy) the transaction went very smoothly albeit a bit time consuming. My overall experience at Santa Fe Ford was good. I was given plenty of room to look at the vehicle and test drive it. No one was pushy and gave me plenty of time to make a right decision.
