I came to the shop on December 19th to look at used cars. Bobby met me and my friend in the parking lot. He pulled keys for 3 cars that I liked most, showed me good things about each, comparing each to the others. I liked them all but I especially liked the 2011 Ford Flex. After a test drive, I knew it was the car for me. Bobby made the whole experience easy. I really appreciated the fact that after a very short conversation about why I like my 1997 Chevrolet Astro, he was able to come up with a list of used cars with low mileage that had features I liked. The price was great too and was within the range of prices I had given him. I love my "new" car still and so do all my friends. I sent an email and Scott got back to me quickly with all the information I requested. He kept in touch through email and set up an appointment to drive the escape. When I got there, the one that I had wanted was not on the lot. I test drove a new escape and fell in love with it. Scott worked hard to help me do what was necessary to put me in the new escape. His manager went to get the escape that I was interested in at an employees home who was driving it as a demo. Not only did he get the escape back to the dealership but had it ready when I was done signing the papers. I am not one who enjoys car shopping but Scott and his crew made it where it was not such a hassle. I would definitely recommend Scott and Santa Fe Ford for your next car experience.
