We were looking for a good quality used vehicle and found that Santa Fe Ford had a good used Dodge Van. We called to see if it was available and were referred to Joey Key, a sales associate for the dealersh that Santa Fe Ford had a good used Dodge Van. He thoroughly and honestly decribed the vehicle over the phone answering all of our questions. We drove to the dealership, met with Joey and was treated like we were buying an expensive new car. After test driving the vehicle and having it checked out by our mechanic, we decided to make the purchase. Joey took us to his office and explained all the details of the purchase. He was very thorough in detail and upfront with all the costs involved. We left the dealership with great satisfaction in our purchase knowing we would someday go back to see Joey again. More

It was nice because my girlfriend and I could discuss the car without the salesman being in the car with us telling us things we already know ("this car has four doors! and air conditioning!....blah blah"). Either way, she loved the car and Eric even helped her adjust the financing (which was from a local credit union, not a financing department of the dealership). The asking price, even though not very negotiable, was still hundreds lower than anywhere within 300 miles. Overall great customer service and I recommend Sante Fe Ford to everyone. He kept us posted as we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Ron helped us with some of the complex electronics pairing our phones, etc. We ordered some accessories to be installed and he insured they were installed prior to our taking possession. Overall a good experience for what is normally a hassle must of us wish to avoid. More
