Jennifer was friendly and welcoming from the time I showed up. She did not know what I was there for and I did not initially work directly with her, but her customer service was remarkable in regards t showed up. I think her overall personality is what really spoke volumes because it made the entire experience fun, enjoyable and less intimidating, being that I was a first time buyer. I had over 5 people recommend this dealership to me and after a few weeks of skimming their online inventory and being pleased with their prices, I decided to just go in see how they were in person. I really enjoyed dealing with Jennifer Corbett, I told her what I was looking for body wise and what my realistic budget is and would be into the future. After the first car she had me try I gave her a few more specifics as to what I needed in terms of size and build (I have a dog I keep crated while traveling), then she found me the one! She helped me find exactly what I needed and more than I had expected to be able to get out of a pre-owned car. I never thought buying a car from a lot would be such a smooth, mild and enjoyable experience. David helped out with the paperwork at the end and did a great job of finding me a warranty package that suited my needs and was perfect for my budget as well. Thank you Jennifer! So very pleased!
