Ron greeted us the door and asked how he could help us. We told him we wanted to buy an Explorer Sport. He explained their difficulty to obtain and we said we fully expected to have to order one. He did not try to switch us to something else and worked with us in getting what we wanted. We had a trade bought from the same dealer and he gave us a fair price on the trade-in as well. He kept us posted as we waited for the vehicle to arrive. Ron helped us with some of the complex electronics pairing our phones, etc. We ordered some accessories to be installed and he insured they were installed prior to our taking possession. She did not know what I was there for and I did not initially work directly with her, but her customer service was remarkable in regards t showed up. I really enjoyed dealing with Jennifer Corbett, I told her what I was looking for body wise and what my realistic budget is and would be into the future. After the first car she had me try I gave her a few more specifics as to what I needed in terms of size and build (I have a dog I keep crated while traveling), then she found me the one! She helped me find exactly what I needed and more than I had expected to be able to get out of a pre-owned car. I never thought buying a car from a lot would be such a smooth, mild and enjoyable experience.
