Our salesman seemed to go out of the way trying to get us into a car that day. What I mean by this is that our credit wasn't outstanding but he stuck by until we were able to get a loan. Also, the starter on the vehicle was just about to fail. It did a few days after I bought the car and they replaced it no charge AND gave us a loaner vehicle. In addition, the atmosphere of the place was of a friendly "mom and pop" organization. It wasn't flashy with state of the art interiors indicating to me that the money they saved on keeping the place as is was passed on to the consumer. That's my 2 cents. More

Went to Santa Fe Ford in Alaucha looking for a nice and clean small SUV. We were approached almost immediately by a very courtesy Bill Queen. There were a couple of problems (small chip in windshield and throttle actuator) but, as soon as it was brought to the attention of the dealer it was immediately and quickly resolved with minimal out-of-pocket expense to me. Not sure that he knows everything, but he is humble and patient enough to find out the correct answer. I clicked with a few other dealers that called as well......everyday for 3 weeks. Not the salesman for me. Scott is a professional and does want to sell you a car, but has enough respect for the customer not to be a thorn in their side. I would recommend Scott Law at Santa Fe Ford to anyone who enjoys honesty and integrity! I drove 75 miles to be his customer and would do it again.
