We had purchased an F150 from Santa Fe Ford a few years back (2002) and was very satisfied and so we chose to go back and check their inventory. We were greeted on the lot by Joey Key and he was very pleasant and friendly. We inquired about a used vehicle that we had found on the internet but apparently it had already sold. We told him what we were looking for and what we could afford and he showed us a new F150 STX extended cab which was in our price range. He did not pressure us into looking at anything out of our price range. We told him if he could make the numbers work we were very much interested in the new truck. Joey handled our purchase in such a professional manner and explained all the numbers to us and on his first attempt he came up with exactly the number we were looking at to finance There was no haggling on our trade in as well, we told him what we wanted/or expected for our trade-in and that's what we got. Our new vehicle was detailed and fueled for us in a timely fashion and our experience through it all was outstanding.
