After I told her what my needs were in a new vehicle she showed me what Ford offered that met my needs, of which I picked a 2013 Escape Platinum. I told her what I was willing to pay and how much I expected for my trade and much to my surprise they accepted my offer; no haggling and no trade-in value insult, as I have experienced many times before at other dealers. The paperwork was done quickly but not rushed, they prepped my new vehicle promptly and I was on my way a short time later. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but this purchase was quick, fair, pleasant and easy…the way it should be. More
