When I talked to him on the phone he asked specifics of what I was needing the truck for and recommended One he had in stock, we made the drive, test drove it and bought the truck the same day. It was less than the ones we had been looking at but filled our purpose perfectly. It was a one owner truck that he had sold ,then took back when the owners brought a new truck. I can see why they have so much repeat business. We will be back for our next truck too. More

Eric Carpenter came out, introduced himself, answered the few questions we had and told us to let him know if we needed anything else. He didn't hound us. When we asked him further questions about the mustang he was up front and not pushy. As my husband and I left the dealership I told my husband that I really liked him (I tradtionally hate car salesmen). We went back the next day with our son to test drive the car which was gone. Eric explained the situation that someone was looking at it but had not showed up. We test drove it and during that time the other interested buyers showed up. Eric quickly had us do the paperwork since we were interested in purchasing the car to see if we qualified which we did. We are now the owners of a white 2010 mustang and a VERY HAPPY son. I would definitely go back to Eric Carpenter in the future for any further car sales. More
