I have to say by far this was the best dealership I have been to. Right away, I was greeted by the recepionist. Then I meet my sales rep and this guy Joey Key just went the whole extra mile for me. Joey was very friendly and accomodating; however, he made a huge mistake when we were discussing the vehicle and told me it had half the miles that it did which was the deciding factor for why I chose their a huge mistake when we were discussing the vehicle and told me it had half the miles that it did which was the deciding factor for why I chose their vehicle over a similar vehicle another dealer offered. BE CAREFUL for these type of mistakes! If I had not been there late in the evening and already put my things from my trade into the new vehicle, I would have walked. Should have known better than to do that! Also, the finance guy is a weasel - he lies - told me the price of the gap coverage was $100 a year then when I went to sign the paperwork it was almost $200 a year. Plus, he took forever to do the paperwork. They have no respect for your time. More

We went to Santa Fe Ford because of their truck inventory and their internet prices. We found the prices to be exactly as listed. I bought a new Ford F150 and we are very happy with it. Our overall experience was wonderful! All of the Sales and Staff representatives were professional and very knowledgeable answering every question without hesitation. Our Sales Representative, Eric Campb and Staff representatives were professional and very knowledgeable answering every question without hesitation. Our Sales Representative, Eric Campbell was excellent to deal with, no high pressured sales and was concerned about our needs. We were pre-approved and had a vehicle picked out before we even arrived. We arrived around 10am or so and was out by 1pm.
