I recently puchased a 2013 Explorer from Santa Fe Ford and our salesman was awesome. Ron (Hinson) not only gave us space to compare cars without pressure, he answered every question we had. He also explained the dash which, compared to my 2003 Ford F-150 blew my mind. This is not the first car we've purchased from Ron. We specifically ask for him when it's time for a purchase because we consistently get excellent service and quality. I originally stopped to look at a used truck that I was going to talk to my wife about that night and possibly purchase, but it was sold when I called the next day. I told him that i really didn't care for silver and he explained that he may be able to get me in a new 2012 with the incentives Ford had out at the time for just and to let him check something and call me back. He called back in about 30 minutes and told me he had a 2012 F150 just like the used one with the chrome package added on and 18 inch tires for only about $2000 more. We had been looking for a ford F150 for me to drive. Joey Key was able to fine the best of several available in the 2012s. But then my husband decided to get a new 2013 rather than the 2012s that were available and on sale. Joey took the change in stride and found us just what we were looking for. He also got us a great deal on the truck and helped us with some of the new technology that the truck contains. He is very competent and has a very good atitude about his job. Everyone at the dealership were helpful and made it easy for us transition into the beautiful F150 Kodiak Brown 4x4.
