Everyone was very helpful, in trying to find us the car, with the items we wanted on it, they managed to do this the same day. This was extremely helpful to my husband and myself, as we had a car and a truck we were trading, and would have meant we had to take that drive back to the dealership to pick up our car. So that was greatly appreciated. Upon arriving at our home, Joey went over everything we needed or asked regarding our new vehicle. We thank your dealership for being so nice and helpful to us. I found Eric friendly and knowlegable and he paid close attention to what I was looking for. This is my second Escape purchase. The first one served me very well and was a reliable car for several years before I gave it to my daughter, and I expect to have the same experience with the one I just purchased. Further, I am particularly impressed with Santa Fe Ford's inventory of trucks, and will be looking at this dealership when I decide to buy another pickup. Overall, I found my car buying experience at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua more pleasant that at some dealerships where I have previously bought cars. I shopped several dealers (Toyota, GMC, Buick, Chevy, Mercedes, Acura, Ford) for a new vehicle and looked at numerous different vehicles to replace my one owner 2003 Chevy Tahoe with 165,000 miles on it. Cost, fuel mileage, comfort, retained value, and functionality were all factors I considered when narrowing my choice to a GMC Acadia, Ford Explorer, or Ford Flex. I eventually elminated the Acadia, in large part because at my local dealership I felt pressured to buy and the sticker price included dealer add ons and fees that were "non-negotiable" and significantly increased the vehicle cost. Santa Fe Ford was the second of four Ford dealerships I visited to try and see a Flex with the trim level, accessories, and colors I was interested in. The entire sales staff was very friendly and professional, and in particular my Sales Advisor Ron Hinson. Ron was very knowledgable about the Flex, and the pricing he provided was very straight forward, unlike all the negotiating required at other dealers. Dealer inventory of the 2013 Flex was extremely limited, so I decided to special order the vehicle I wanted. Ron let me know that it would take 6-8 for the vehicle to be built and delivered to the dealership. It took the full 8 weeks, but Ron called me several times to keep me updated on the progress status. It finally arrived this week, and arrangements were made for delivery. Ron had the vehicle ready (with a full tank of gas), all the paper work prepared, and walked us through some vehicle operation points as he actually synched our cell phones to the vehicle. Ron and the entire staff did a great job for us and I would strongly recommend him and Santa Fe Ford to anyone. More

Began at another ford dealership and received a quote, took the quote to Santa Fe Ford saying that they will beat the price, which they did. I received a call from the Ford call center and they told my about the 0 % financing on 2012 Ford Edge's. I bought my 2007 Ford Edge from Santa Fe Ford used in 2009, and I love it! with the enticement of 0 my about the 0 % financing on 2012 Ford Edge's. I bought my 2007 Ford Edge from Santa Fe Ford used in 2009, and I love it! with the enticement of 0 % financing I contacted the dealership. Scott Law called me first thing on Monday morning and my husband and I visited the dealership that afternoon. However, there were no 2012 Edge's available but they did offer and show me the edge's available in the area. While there - we were shown a 2013 Edge that was used. After a couple of days of thinking things over we decided on the 2013. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership with my infant grandson and met with Scott Law. I had pre approved loan from my credit union. Within a few hours we were out the door with the 2013 Edge and a lower interest rate they found from a local credit union. I am a Ford Edge fan!! Santa Fe Ford was great to deal with - the secretary in the waiting area was very friendly and I did not catch her name. Scott had us come in the next day to go over any details and have Pete Harris connect the keyless entry code. Also the detail guy was very thorough. More
We found the truck we wanted at a fair price. George was very helpful and straightforward. We did have to pay quite a bit for a second key though, which should have come with a truck of this price.
