My wife and I were greated warmly by Ron Hinson. When we sat down at his desk we saw all of the Thank You cards that had been sent to Ron. And now we know why. He had us to wait in the lobby while he went to hunt for the truck. When he drove the truck to the front of the dealership I said to my wife that's perfect for me. The truck was clean, handsome, and strong, just like me. :) The next day Ron told me he had the deal made and we drove home with the truck. Everyone was very helpful, in trying to find us the car, with the items we wanted on it, they managed to do this the same day. This is my second Escape purchase. The first one served me very well and was a reliable car for several years before I gave it to my daughter, and I expect to have the same experience with the one I just purchased. Further, I am particularly impressed with Santa Fe Ford's inventory of trucks, and will be looking at this dealership when I decide to buy another pickup. Overall, I found my car buying experience at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua more pleasant that at some dealerships where I have previously bought cars.
