The customer service here is phenomenal. I went to look at a car I found online, and immediately after arriving I was greeted and was able to test drive the car. I had little credit history and was a first at a car I found online, and immediately after arriving I was greeted and was able to test drive the car. These folks are wonderful to work with, they are not pushy in any way, and are willing to figure something out for your situation. I was mostly impressed in how I was treated when I visited Santa Fe Ford! I trasoveled at least 50 miles to visit them but was not feeling all that positive because of the way my local dealers are. I went online and was very surprised at the quick response I received so I gave them a chance. What an awesome surprise I got. They are all so friendly and down to earth. It felt like I've known them for years. Told them my requirements and 1-2-3 I was signing papers and driving my new car home. It was the best experience with a vehicle purchase I have ever had and won't be the last. They will be the only ones I ever deal with again - I have been praising them to everyone.
