Hello, this is Jason Stevens, sales manager at Santa Fe Ford, and while I can appreciate your opinion on the Volkswagon Beetle I did work toward a resolution with you on this matter and even provided compensation in an effort to right what you thought was a wrong. I'm not sure what book you were looking at, but you bought the car far below any book value which is why you found it online from New York, because it was such a good value. I work very hard to provide vehicles at the the best price based on make, model, and condition so I am very disappointed to read your comments after speaking with you on several ocasions. Thank-you and I trust your daughter is enjoying her car. (352)474-1202

My bank looked up the book value. It would've been acceptable if the car was in "Good" condition, which it certainly was not. And $272 towards a car that needed $1500 worth of repairs, SO FAR! i have to stop today and pay another $165 to cover repairs to more interior damage. And we haven't even started having them look at the heat/AC dials yet. The fob is also not working - how much would've it taken for a DEALERSHIP to fix the fob before sending the vehicle out. We are very disappointed and will be contacting the Ford company to report these complaints as well. I'm sorry that you feel we were treated fairly, but we do not and we don't want to see this happen to anyone else.
