We called Zack on a Friday, & by Saturday we drove in with our trade, my wife and 2 small girls were able to stay in the car while I test drove the new vehicle. Although I was informed that there was "minor damage" to the car from the previous owner, on inspection it look I could give them zero stars I would. Although I was informed that there was "minor damage" to the car from the previous owner, on inspection it looked as though everything had been fixed. Within a week the right front side of my bumper was hanging off. It had obviously been pushed together to look presentable but no body work was done to fix it. I was guaranteed there was barely any damage done to the car. I called and left several messages with the receptionist for Sean, who was beyond condescending, and never heard back. I finally tracked down his cell phone and spoke to him directly. He basically blamed me, brushed me off, and refused any type of help fixing the car. My mom warned me about buying from them (she was sold a car that within a month the transmission gave out and there was no fixing it) and I should have listened. DO NOT BUY FROM SANTA FE FORD IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND CUSTOMER APPRECIATION. More

Their price was pretty close to the Blue Book value and most dealers were asking a lot more money for comparable vehicles with much higher mileage. So the base price was good. The tires are like new and it runs perfectly so I would give vehicle quality a big plus. The sales experience itself was great. Ron was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He and David worked to get us financed at a much better rate than we expected. The experience was simple and professional and we are quite happy with our new used truck. Even the aftermarket warranty they offered was a good value when compared with the market. It wasn't cheap, just cheaper. You can decide if the value is there for you. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Ford if you're considering a used vehicle. More
