I was assisted by Sean McCauley on their sales staff, and we exchanged contact info. Sean later contacted me when they took in a truck that did fit what I was looking for, and I purchased that truck in October. Santa Fe Ford offered a fair price, much in-line with my read on the market. Sean was very responsive with my questions. Never did I feel pressured or steered away from my original target of price, options, mileage, etc. On the day of purchase, I did not make an appointment, just a quick heads up: hey, I'm headed your way. Within a few hours of stepping onto the lot was able to drive away in the new-to-me truck. Sean and Wayne in the finance office were able to get me through all the paperwork quickly, but not rushed, and did a great job explaining everything in my purchase. Would certainly recommend this store. Would shop here again. More
