Fantastic Service To Whom it May Concern I would like to express my extreme gratitude to your dealership for providing exemplary customer service when my vehicle bro To Whom it May Concern I would like to express my extreme gratitude to your dealership for providing exemplary customer service when my vehicle broke down in front of your dealership October 20, 2018. I had traveled from Kissimmee to swim a 5 mile event in the Santa Fe River when my car overheated. Not knowing the area, I pulled into your dealership to see if anyone could help me. The gentleman on the golf cart was adamant that I should go and see the service dept. even though they were only doing oil changes that day. I really didn't want to bother them but he insisted. When I drove to the entrance, with steam rolling form the engine, the gentlemen were more than accommodating. They checked and discovered that my radiator had developed a split. This literally was the first time my vehicle had ever broken down. I explained my dilemma and they said they would send for an item that might mend it long enough to get me home. My swim partner came and got me so I could still make the swim. I arrived back at the dealership to find out that the fix hadn't worked. Even though the shop was closing in 15 minutes they made me feel like a valued customer. I can not speak more highly of your employee Lantz Mills. He called the Jeep dealer who basically blew us off. Not a fan of this dealership! Lantz and your employee with car rentals, I don't have his name, helped me get a rental and arranged to have my Jeep repaired through your service department. Throughout the ordeal Lantz was calm and relaxed. I felt like a long time customer or family member. He never looked at his watch or rushed me through the process so he could go home. During the week he kept in touch to let me know how my car was doing. I can't begin to tell you how valuable he is to your company. I could not have asked for a better experience under the situation. I am only sorry that your dealership is not in my town because clearly I would utilize the services. And when I came to pick up my vehicle the staff members were equally pleasant assisting me. I just think that you should know that from an outsider's point of view what an exceptional job your staff performs. Thank you so very much for the service!
