FANTASTIC I shopped online for a pre-owned 2018 F150 SuperCrew XLT within 300 miles of my location and noted Santa Fe Ford had 3 advertised which was only 16 m I shopped online for a pre-owned 2018 F150 SuperCrew XLT within 300 miles of my location and noted Santa Fe Ford had 3 advertised which was only 16 miles away, Drove over and Ron Hinson came out to greet me. From that moment on we established an excellent rapport. We minimally discussed price that day. What I really liked about Ron was that he did not put any pressure on me nor did he constantly call me. He simply called, left a message and said call or email him if I had questions or needed assistance. I had some other things going on and got back to Ron about a two weeks later and got down to selecting one of the 3 trucks and agreeing on a price. He said he would prep the vehicle the next morning and get all the paperwork ready and call me when everything was set up which he did. Drove over with my grand daughter to pick up the truck and everything went as smooth as clock work. At 79 years old and having bought many vehicles I have never had a better transaction than this one with Ron. He is the consummate professional. We established an excellent rapport.almost immediately. He quickly arranged for me to drive each vehicle . we briefly discussed price and the fact I needed to bring my wife over to see the vehicles. The next morning I had a phone message thanking me for coming in and telling me to call or email him if I had any questions and needed any assistance. Other events came up and I put aside my quest temporarily for a truck. What I noticed and greatly appreciated was that Ron did not constantly call or email me concerning purchasing a truck. We struck a deal last night and he said he would get the truck and paperwork ready and call me when to come over. Had my grand daughter drive me over. I was utterly amazed at the efficiency with which the transaction was completed--wasn't there long at all. Ron had everything ready to go. At 79 years of age I've bought many vehicles and I can tell everyone that this was absolutely the smoothest transaction I've ever had. Can't say enough about Ron --he is the ultimate Professional.
