Nothing special, but honest people,no pushy salesmen. Our salesmen was Zach Andes. He was very personable and honest. He knew a good amount about the vehicle we were looking at. However, we never got to talk with the sales manager, and they never wrote down our figures on paper, except for a scratch sheet to show us the ballpark numbers. They never offered to reduce the price of the vehicle we were interested in, and never offered to give us more than payoff on our trade. The price on the vehicle was a good deal, and after they ran our credit 6 times, we didn't want to go to another dealer for a few dollars a month on the payment and have someone else run our credit another 5 or 6 more times. The vehicle we bought came with wifi and free xmsatellite radio for 6 months, and they never offered to assist with getting them setup. More

First car!! For a few weeks i was looking around for a new car, i found myself stumbling into dealerships not really knowing what i wanted. After searching online For a few weeks i was looking around for a new car, i found myself stumbling into dealerships not really knowing what i wanted. After searching online for a while i stopped into Santa Fe Ford and spoke with Ron about what i was looking for. After searching through their inventory Ron helped me finally decide on a new 2018 Ford Focus, a few days later now after I've had some time to really get a feel for how it runs, i love it. Ron was very kind and knowledgeable about what to stay away from in their inventory, i really appreciated that he was honest about certain cars they had that were in poor quality and shouldn't be messed with. It was a great experience and i will absolutely be returning if i decide in the future that I'm looking for something more than what i got. More

We told Brent what we wanted, and he immediately took us to 3 cars that met our specifications exactly and a fourth one that was close. We took two cars for a spin, fell in love with one, but felt we owed it to ourselves to look around a bit more. We went to another dealer where we had to wait for so long, that we left, and we went right back to Brent. No hassle, fair price, great car, and superb experience. If we are ever in the market for another car, we know where to go! On the way home, we both agreed that this was our best car shopping experience in the past 30 years, well... ever. More
