Santa Fe Ford

No pressure, knowledgeable agent who made the process easy I was buying my first car, and had very little knowledge of the process. After having visited another dealership in Gainesville (which was so high-pre I was buying my first car, and had very little knowledge of the process. After having visited another dealership in Gainesville (which was so high-pressure that getting out of there felt like hostage negotiations!), it made me even more gunshy about buying a car. However, I found the used car I wanted so I went to Santa Fe Ford. I'm from a midwestern state and thought that Santa Fe Ford would be neighborly and easygoing like being back home. I was right! I called and said I was coming to look at a Toyota Camry (after having been a Ford girl forever!), and within two minutes of calling and the receptionist passing my request along, I received a call back from Joey. Not only did he have my keys ready, but he was patiently waiting outside and without having seen me knew I was the one who called just by my driving up! He started the car for me, went over the specs, and let me test drive it myself without spending the drive trying to sell it to me. After I returned, I was the one to initiate running the numbers because I was interested, and he never pressured me at all. In fact, as a former Ford owner at a Ford dealership buying a Toyota (I bought it for the mileage for the price- it was selling below Kelly Blue Book by $3,000!), I was afraid he would try to sell me a comparable Ford since it is a Ford dealership, but he didn't. He was patient, he was knowledgeable about the financing and worked to make it as fair as he could. He was an expert every step of the way, and he never made me feel as if I was being taken advantage of or misled. He never made me feel as if he was only out for my business. He stayed at the dealership after closing hours until my process was done, and his was the last handshake I got before I left. He made me proud to buy from Santa Fe Ford, and relieved that he was the dealer who was able to take care of me. And he did just that. More

Best deal on a used car in my region! Lowest prices I searched in Jacksonville for weeks for the vehicle I wanted with a particular color and features. Then I expanded my search radius to 100 miles and found 3 vehicles that fit my criteria at Santa Fe Ford and they all had lower mileage than what I was looking at in Jacksonville. I tried several car comparison apps and websites and Carfax.com was the best for me. I could see when prices were above or below the Kelley blue book value and I could click the Carfax Report link to see all of the details about the car. Santa Fe Ford’s website also had links to Carfax reports, which was what I based all of my comparisons on. I called and Ron Hinson was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions. I decided to jump on that great deal and go to Santa Fe Ford. We went on a relaxing drive through beautiful countryside to Alachua and Ron Hinson, retired Marine, was so nice and helpful when we arrived. The vehicle I chose was a 2015 and was so perfect I couldn’t even tell that it was used. It had very low miles and was like a brand new car inside and out. The price was lower than similar vehicles in Jacksonville. I’m so pleased that I widened my search radius and found Santa Fe Ford in Alachua, FL. They were very nice, not pushy, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ll check with them first for any future vehicle needs. And am telling friends and family about them. I highly recommend Santa Fe Ford in Alachua, FL. It’s true that they have the lowest prices on the internet. It was well worth the 90 mile drive!!!! I feel so fortunate to have gotten that beautiful car. And we saw a beautiful sunset while there. More
