I received a video that showed that there was a nail in my tire. I called 3 times to speak to someone and each time I got their voicemail. I left one message for Crystal to call me back re the nail in my t my tire. I called 3 times to speak to someone and each time I got their voicemail. I arrived to pick up my car ask I asked her about the nail, and she had no idea what I was talking about. I went outside in the sun to wait for my car, and it took 25 minutes for my car to show up. I called the main number, and the person simply said the car is on its way. No car so after 20 minutes I went back the checkout guy and he the car is on its way. Very unhappy with this type of service as I expect much more from BMW. I also told Crystal that my breaks were squeaking, and she noted this but when I got my car home the squeaking was still there and very, very loud. I doubt that anyone even looked for the squeaking nor did they even mention anything about the squeaking brakes to me. More
