I got my car back with oily footprints on the floor mat of the driver side. Tire pressures were not checked as I requested I had to adjust at a service station , yellow diagnostic light were on. Software was not updated; I had to stop and wait for the updates to be installed. I have texted a photo of the oily floor mat, I was told to bring my car back, when I got to the service center @ 2:30 the roll up door was closed. I hope the oil change was done correctly I am unable to judge that but have not confidence based on the poor visible work More

Everything started fine, the car was inspected and diagnosed. A new tire was required, as a mail was found. The service manager told me it would be ready by end of day. Except the tire was never order diagnosed. A new tire was required, as a mail was found. The service manager told me it would be ready by end of day. Except the tire was never ordered and the car needed to be kept overnight. I was told “parts dept dropped the ball” - there was never an apology, never an effort to make the situation right. I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the car would be ready the following day - which it finally was two hours later than expected. Again, no apology, no effort to explain why. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. More
