I took my X7 for service there once they had it ready they complained about there BMW x5 which was a loaner car for a tiny scratch and they hit my brand new car and decided to not say nothing. Once we ma they complained about there BMW x5 which was a loaner car for a tiny scratch and they hit my brand new car and decided to not say nothing. Once we made a pit stop i noticed the big hit and then they said they did it coming out of their lot... if I wouldn't of had said anything or notice right away I'm sure they would've tried lying and saying they didn't do it.
