Salesman, Patrik, excellent. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. F and I took way too much time. Had to wait well over an our for person ahead to get out then took a long time Knowledgeable, helpful and patient. F and I took way too much time. Had to wait well over an our for person ahead to get out then took a long time to get thru the paperwork and sigh a bunch of stuff to protect the dealership etc. We didn't take time to read which would have taken a long time and it was a cash deal with no trade so it seemed that the we wasted a lot of time. Not the fault of the F and I person. He was pleasant, helpful and didn't seem to be wasting any time. I had no interaction with Dellis. The salesman was Patrik who answered my many calls and questions. More
