Overpriced standard services, limited hours, no car dropoff or loaners. I also found after paying more than $600 for an overall checkup - they left one of my tires underinflated (apparently did not ev dropoff or loaners. I raced to get there, and called in advance to see if i could pick up car 5 minutes late, or could they leave the car with their sales department so i could pick it up - answer 'no". I am now going to go out of my way to find another place that will service by i3. Why pay a premium to get mediocre service with no flexibility? This is NOT a luxury service operation. More
