I am not using SM BMW anymore. Pablo Pedia is a disaster in customer service. He is inconsiderate, does not return calls and is generally rude. My vehicle was held there for 6 weeks and never once was there any follow up from him, I always had to call him multiple times to get him to respond. I am in contact with BMW of North America on this issue. More
