The person who greeted me when I pulled my car up was nice. He told the guy behind me that I was first but the guy in the back still cut the line and went to the service agent. I hold her (service agent) that I was in front of him but she didn’t seem to care. Originally I was going to wait for the car but now I have to wait for this guy’s car so I decided to go home. Since it was just an oil change I had to pay $15 for a ride home and back. No other dealerships that I’ve been to does that. The one in Alhambra will even give me a free rental to use. More
