The lack of communication and transparency was incredibly frustrating. I brought my car in for my appt at 8:30 am on a Thursday and it was not looked at until after 2 pm on Friday. I had to call both Thurs frustrating. I brought my car in for my appt at 8:30 am on a Thursday and it was not looked at until after 2 pm on Friday. I had to call both Thurs and Fri to get updates. I did not feel for one moment that my "service rep" had my best interests in mind and he was incredibly condescending. I will not bring my car back to SM BMW for service. More
