Chris was a 5 star guy as always - however in dropping off the car some of the guys were rude and wouldn't move a car up so I could pull in so I had to sit in the street for 35 minutes ... Hard to get a service rep on the phone, but appointments seem easy enough to get online. Once there, everyone is affab;e and easy to talk to. Less attitude than in prior years. Relentlessly high pricing, which is true of any dealership. The part required a 12 volt starter battery was only available through them. The part was $455 but then they charged another $400 to "register" it with BMW, also a mandatory charge. They said installation would be about 45 minutes but that registering it online was more labor intensive. What an arrogant crock of xx! Can't wait until affordable electric cars become more available. More
