Pretty lackluster service with minimal communication regarding updates to the vehicle. Even with all the obstacles faced, Gary stayed patient and persistent to see everything through and i’m eternally grateful for purchasing this car from this dealership through him. We left a different BMW dealership a little bit before we visited this one because of how rude and uncomfortable the sales person was towards us.
