Terrible customer service related to rental car arrangements. Did not offer uber and told me that BMW was not affiliated with any rental car companies in the area. The service used to be stronger. When I called in to book an appointment I was told there was no record of my car having service done at this location. I’ve been here multiple times When I called in to book an appointment I was told there was no record of my car having service done at this location. I’ve been here multiple times and there wasn’t much effort to figure out the problem. Then I was switched to a different advisor whose communication wasn’t great. I had to contact him for updates about the car after my car was there overnight. Then I had an offer for a break service that wasn’t honored. No expiration date on there. I was just told the service manager couldn’t honor it. Unfortunately I will be taking my car elsewhere. More

Jonathan was terrific. From the minute we met him. He was easy to work with, Not pushy, and really did his best to make it a pleasant experience and he succeeded at that.
