My car is brand new, very few miles, it's my first year scheduled oil change (and inspection) so no other service work was required. I also did not get offered an uber or courtesy vehicle, despite being in warranty, so I had to walk to a friend's house nearby to wait for 4.5 hours. I never received a text that it was ready, I eventually just walked back and asked if it was ready, and they said they thought it probably was. So I likely should have received a text. I then waited another 20 minutes while they washed it, which was a nice service and I appreciated it, but did add to the lengthy wait. Overall, as I am under warranty and had scheduled the service, I should have been offered an Uber, and the speed was quite poor, but they were all very friendly. More

While my onboarding process was good, I have the following issues in my new car : 1) Hissing noise near the sunroof operating buttons 2) Front right door need more force to fully close 3) I following issues in my new car : 1) Hissing noise near the sunroof operating buttons 2) Front right door need more force to fully close 3) I see wiper stopping when starting the car from idle state , especially when starting from the signal. As is more often than not the case, I was very disappointed. I asked that my tire pressure management system be checked to see if it was properly calibrated and that the tires be filled to the co disappointed. I asked that my tire pressure management system be checked to see if it was properly calibrated and that the tires be filled to the correct pressure with the TPMS and the manual gauge in agreement. Minutes after I picked up the car, I discovered that the tires were inflated to seven or eight psi (!) more than the correct pressure, according to the TPMS. I went back to the dealer a few days later and complained, and they bled air out of the tires to get them in spec. I asked that the service person I had spoken with call me back, and never received a call. If a BMW dealer can't correctly inflate tires -- something I could do when I was eight years old -- then what kind of work are they doing on the rest of the car? I wonder if they actually performed the oil change I paid them for. I also had to wait nearly half an hour to pick the car up from the original service, because they couldn't find the key of the car that was blocking it in. Incredible. More

Took my car in for a rattling noise near my sunroof and they refused to cover the costs under warranty claiming my tint installer had broken a piece. When I went to pick up my car it was not put together a they refused to cover the costs under warranty claiming my tint installer had broken a piece. When I went to pick up my car it was not put together as I dropped it off and now I will need to take my car to another BMW service center to complete work. Horrible service. Also, the other BMW service center agrees that it is a factory defect and will cover the cost under warranty as it was rightfully diagnosed. Never coming back here. More
