Manfred/service tech was helpful in dealing w/the warranty repair and keeping me updated. The Loaner coordinator desk was not a good experience. The "coordinator" had my name and # for 2+ days and warranty repair and keeping me updated. The Loaner coordinator desk was not a good experience. The "coordinator" had my name and # for 2+ days and didn't bother to contact me. I finally left him a voicemail on day 3 and never rec'd a callback. If no loaners, I can deal with it but have the courtesy of returning the ph call to tell me either way. Friends who bought competing "luxury" vehicles (MB, Genesis, audi etc) the last few years tell me they have yet to experience an issue obtaining loaners during service appts and my car was in their shop for 4 days.
